Clarinetist Jennifer Woodrum joins forces with the Albatross Duo–Adam Marks and Jennifer Beattie–in a program showcasing the rarely performed song cycle by Judith Lang Zaimont From the Great Land: Woman’s Songs. Also featuring works by Stacy Garrop and Rachel Peters, this program elevates the female voice with authenticity and balance in a program that explores the process of death through the lenses of mythology, imagination and poetry.

Also on the program, Mabel Kwan performs selections from her recent release, Trois Hommages by Georg Friedrich Haas (New Focus Recordings).
