Event Description
As part of the Art Institute of Chicago’s annual Block Party, Michael will be performing two works for solo piano based on the artworks of Austrian artist Egon Schiele, and then inviting the audience to participate and make their own music to artworks from the museum’s collection.
The performances and workshops will be a half hour each. One at 1pm and one at 3pm in the Stock Exchange Trading Room. The event is free to museum members, and $10 general admission before the day of the show. (Plus many more incredible talks, performances, and workshops throughout the museum that day!)
