Event Description

Lakeshore Rush will be joined by special guests composer/saxophonist Amos Gillespie and percussionist Josh Graham in this exciting program that features works by midwestern composers.

Works will include Amos Gillespie’s Spanish Speakers and These Questions Three; Philip Glass’s Closing from Glassworks; David Lang’s These Broken Wings; Gian Carlo Menotti’s Trio for clarinet, violin, and piano; Bill Ryan’s Blurred; and the Chicago premiere of Roger Zare’s Zodiacal Light.
