Hot Second returns to Constellation with an innovative new program that says “Yeah, we DID actually go to music school.” Their sophomore program opens with a quick debasement of Bach and Beethoven before resorting to their menu of typical vices: nonsense (John Cage), self indulgence (not one but TWO pieces by H2 co-founder Dylan Feldpausch), theft (what else is transcription?), and finally, hedonism (pop music, featuring works by MARO and Hannah Epperson).
