Clarinetist Andy Hudson, pianist Yasuko Oura, and cellist Nick Photinos present The Bucharest Project. Begun with an invite to Andy and Nick to perform at the International Week of New Music Bucharest in 2023 via composer Marc Mellits, the project led to performances at the University of Cincinnati, Grand Valley State University, Chicago, and a return to Bucharest in 2025 with all their families to perform again, and now returns to Chicago with new works. Featuring music of Marc Mellits, Bill Ryan, Susanna Hancock, a world premiere by Ledah Finck, and more!
